Welcome to the second annual Falck Nutec Conference


The Falck Nutec Conference is an annual forum for professionals. It focuses on safety,
emergency preparedness and crisis management - and aims to set the agenda.
 
The topic for this year's conference will be:
Leadership and team dynamics in the cross-cultural world of crisis management – small teams in a big world

The speakers include:

• Ansgar Gabrielsen Former Norwegian Minister of Trade and Industry and Minister of Health,
  will share his experiences and lessons he has learned about crisis emergency preparedness and
  crisis management in a serious situation for a country.
  
  
• Gøran Persson Former Prime Minister of Sweden (from 1996 to 2006) will give us his
  perspectives on crisis and disasters.
  
  
• Eduardo Salas Pegasus Professor & University Trustee Chair (at the Department of Psychology,
  Institute for Simulation & Training, University of Central Florida) will show us what effective
  teams do, feel and think in complex, dynamic and stressful environments - what we know
  from the science and best practice.

The conference will bring together participants and speakers from all over the world to discuss theory,
best practice and challenges.
